2009 Recorder and Viol Workshop: Registration

Registration deadline October 1, 2009 - After which a late fee is applied.

Before completing the registration form, please review and/or print the Class Descriptions.

Fill out the registration form, then Print it for your records, then press Submit.  You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you enter.  Please send your check to the address listed on the registration form.

At the bottom of the form is a place for comments, where you may add any information or requests.
